Something went wrong... hdcp has failed.please check Hindi cables and try again. 5012-1090.x7361- 1253-800070005
I get this message randomly a few times a month.MS customer service and my solution was the same,hard reset and retry apps. It works,until the next time it happens.
Have not heard of this problem anywhere,asking for thoughts.
Btw all new hdmi cables and internet streaming quality excellent,so idk.

I'm not sure, but i think it's just a hardware problem. Same thing happens to me, as well as games not starting. Hard reset is the only solution. I called MS customer service and they said they are working on all these problems, and hope to fix them all in a future update.

This happens to me as well but mostly after I XBox On, I chalk it up cause it is my Day One Edition and not even a year old so Microsoft is still working out the kinks. Hard Reset is the Solution for now hopefully they work it out. I use Monster Cables for My HDMI Cables and Fiber Optics where I can.
